Now that you have had a chance to review our nationally renowned employee compensation plan, there should be no mystery… without a doubt; IPC has the most lucrative compensation plan in the merchant service industry today.
And that’s not just a bunch of marketing hype.
We’re so confident, we’ll put our money where our mouth is and pay any prospective employee one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars if they can find a more lucrative employee compensation plan than IPC’s in the merchant service industry. With all the upfront cash IPC pays to our Account Executives on a merchant by merchant basis… it is no wonder our employees are taking it to the bank month-after-month. The only drawback is that you won’t get the $1,000.00 because a better program doesn’t exist – but we’ll pay you $5,000.00 for turning on a little business in your first few months of employment with International Payments.

So as an added incentive to you, IPC is offering a five thousand dollar ($5,000.00) signing bonus* for all Account Executive employees with a start date of employment between January 1, 2010 and June 30, 2010. Quite simply, perform a few deals in your first few months with IPC and we’ll pay you as follows:

* Qualifications for payment on the New Hire Signing Bonus Program: Month one (“1st Month”) is defined as the Account Executives (“AE”) first full calendar month of employment. The program monthly schedule is based on a calendar month of the proceeding month (“Monthly Schedule”). Payment is made to employee on the 16th of each month for the past month’s performance. Online Merchant Accounts are defined as merchant accounts that process a minimum of three consumer-originated Visa or MasterCard transactions with International Payments Corporation (“IPC”) during each specific Monthly Schedule (each physical location counts as one merchant). Employee must be employed with IPC during the entire Monthly Schedule (month) to be eligible for this bonus. This New Hire Signing Bonus Program will ceased after the completion of 4th Month employment with IPC.
