Account Executive Compensation Plan
Earn $100,000.00 a year by averaging ONLY 10 new accounts per month!
International Payments has an excellent compensation plan that includes base pay, commissions, bonuses and stock options.
As you learn about the many sources of income that we offer our Account Executives, there will be no doubt that International Payments has by far the very best compensation plan in the merchant services industry today.
Below please find a summary of each of the primary income sources you will enjoy as an Account Executive:
Variable Base Pay and Expense Allowance.
Our unique base pay and expense compensation program is designed to provide a financial foundation for our Account Executives. An average employee who achieves ten (10) new accounts per month will earn a monthly income of $2,000 or $24,000 annually. This base and expense allowance is in addition to our commissions and bonuses. If you perform at an above average level, you'll earn a base of $30,000 to $36,000 annually.

Processing Commissions.
The processing commissions shown below are a very conservative average based on our average sized processing client. The higher the merchant's monthly credit card processing volume and the higher the processing rates, the larger the commission. Your commission is a percentage of the monthly profit generated by the account, which is then multiplied by 16 months and paid to you upfront.
Commission Examples:
This chart represents the approximate Account Executives commission based on a merchant's Visa and MasterCard credit card volume.
Please note: By paying our Account Executives a 16-month commission in advance, International Payments accelerates the upfront earnings potential for our sales representatives. In other words, we pay 16 times more than our competitors.
Equipment Lease and Sales Commissions.
In many cases equipment is leased or sold to our merchant clients in order to allow them to take advantage of our products and services. The commissions earned on leases and sales are substantial and often eclipse or match the commissions earning on processing volume.
Equipment Lease and Sales Commission Examples:
A new Pay-at-the-Table terminal that leases for $69.99 a month for 48 months would generate a commission of over $890.00 for our Account Executives. A small device called a PIN pad, that is used to process debit and check cards, would generate a commission of over $250 when leased at $20.75.
Your Total (Uncapped) Earning Potential.
Here is a very conservative Account Executive Compensation overview. While we will go over it in detail with you during our training program, there are several assumptions to note when reviewing the chart:
1) The processing commission shown is $250 per account and is very conservative.
2) The estimated lease penetration is only 30% (i.e. equipment is leased on approximately 3 out of every 10 accounts).
3) Some, but not all, potential income from other product sales sources is shown.
4) The variable base pay and expense allowance enhances the monthly and yearly income as your number of sales grows each month.
5) A good sales person will sell a minimum of 10 accounts each month! The annual income at 10 sales per month is $97,428.00
